The Information Technology(IT) Department implements an outcome-based curriculum that focuses on the knowledge, skills, competencies, and professional attributes that graduates are expected to demonstrate upon completion of the program. The curriculum is designed through a systematic alignment of the University mission, Program Educational Objectives, Program Learning Outcomes, Course Learning Outcomes, teaching and learning strategies, and assessment methods.

  1. Network Management: Ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of network systems, including internet connectivity, intranet, VPNs, and firewalls.
  2. Data Management and Security: Safeguarding data by implementing robust security protocols, managing backups, recovery processes, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  3. Technical Support and Help Desk: Providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring that workstations and devices function optimally.
