Brief description about the department

The Department of Water Resources and Irrigation Engineering is a vital part of the Faculty of Engineering. Established in 2013, the department has been dedicated to providing high-quality education, conducting impactful research, and engaging in community service. Our programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to address the challenges of water resource management and irrigation engineering. Since its inception, the department has produced numerous graduates who have gone on to make significant contributions in various sectors.

Department of Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering

The Department of Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering, established in 2017, is a vital part of the Institute of Technology. Initially launched as a summer program, the department has since expanded its offerings to include a comprehensive range of educational opportunities. In 2022, we proudly introduced our master’s degree program in Hydraulic Engineering, further enhancing our commitment to advanced education and research in the field.
