The Technology Institute Managing Directorate is located at the main campus of Woldeya University, Geneto Campus. Its organization is organized into three groups; a Managing Director and a Planning Team. These are:

Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Team. The number of human resources under it is 10 males and 12 females, totaling 22, who are currently providing services to the Technology Institute.

Implement human resource management in accordance with the guidelines
Perform asset control and monitoring work
Asset cost and revenue
Identify and submit assets to the Asset Disposal Committee
Handle asset transfer requests
Provide services for requested purchases
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, and monitor the implementation of the Institute’s administrative activities on an annual and quarterly basis,
Manage, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of employees
Cascading strategic plans to groups
Coordinate the work of human resource managers, budget and finance managers, procurement managers, and asset managers to align them for a common goal
Ensure that the Institute’s assets and property are properly utilized and protected.
Monitoring and controlling that rules and regulations are being implemented correctly
Monitoring and ensuring that employees’ rights and obligations are being implemented in accordance with the law;
Monitoring that the distribution and use of government resources and resources are being carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Monitoring the improvement of the institute’s operating methods using innovation tools;
Establishing a work-friendly information system;
Developing the capacity and competence of employees;
Ensuring that reports are submitted in a timely manner and with high quality
